Transformation within MYSKHAKO WINERY (2002 – 2004)
This famous winery, with over 850 hectaresof land, was facing severe production andfinancial difficulties. Over the 2 years of KESTRELL’s management, control and re-development, the winery increased the grape production by 60%, wine production by 40%, and launched a long-term programme of re-plantations which, in all, secured a three-fold increase in its market capital.KESTRELLS’s project management and client consulting skills had delivered a financial recovery of the Winery through the modernization and development of the full-cycle wine production process.
